Drivers’ professionalism is of crucial importance for on-time delivery and overall success of road carrier company.
KAPITAN’s drivers become IRU Awards nominees every year. International Road Transport Union is a highly respected independent organization which honours outstanding drivers for their professional excellence and adherence to safety standards.
Late in 2016, a total of 1,157 truck and bus drivers from 25 countries received IRU Diplomas of Honour. 207 of them come from Belarus and Russia. We are happy to congratulate Mikhail Rafalsky, our driver, who was conferred an IRU diploma.


In 2015, IRU conferred diplomas of honour to 1,241 drivers from 28 countries, including 201 drivers from Belarus and Russia, four of who were KAPITAN’s drivers, namely Ivan Vasilevsky, Mikhail Kulchenko, Alexander Kurlovich and Sergei Minko.

All drivers who received diplomas of honour have at least twenty years of experience in cargo transportation and no less than one million kilometers run with no serious traffic accidents, traffic or customs code violations.
