Project Description:
Loading was carried out in two countries: two vehicles left Italy, and three more vehicles were scheduled to pick up oversized cargo in Germany.
It took us two weeks to prepare the project and obtain special permits. During this period, we also worked out individual schemes for securing the cargo, and carefully planned the route and the schedule to ensure the simultaneous arrival of the vehicles at the customs clearance point. Additionally, at the client’s request, we organized and provided video and photo reports.
The Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District (KhMAD, or otherwise referred to as Yugra) is a somewhat difficult region for traffic, where motor transport accounts for only a third of the total volume of freight traffic. Our team’s efficiency is objectively reflected in the actual delivery time as this transport project was implemented in 12 days as opposed to the required 14 days, regardless of the unforeseen daily delay in loading.
