Description:
The project solution was to split the cargo and move it in convoy. We dispatched our engineering staff members to each of the three pick-up locations across Germany to supervise loading and escort the convoy. It took them three days to get all 19 trucks loaded and going along the prescribed route.
We concerted our actions to avoid delays caused by national holiday driving restrictions in Germany and standing by for all 19 trucks to assemble by the customs office of destination.
With all paperwork done in advance, we had the cargo cleared for import within 24 hours. Much to the customer’s satisfaction the project thus was successfully completed only one week after it started.
The customer marked our promptness and diligence in handling the cargo at every stage of delivery. We thank you for choosing us and the cooperation we all enjoyed.
