Established in Austria in 1926, the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) is now the world’s largest non-governmental organization, representing the interests of 40,000 forwarding and logistics companies, employing up to 10 million peolple in 150 countries.
On January 2017, Viptrans-spedition SOOO, a Belarusian branch of KAPITAN, became a 46th Belarus-based Individual Member to FIATA.
We started with a fleet of five MAZ trucks carrying cargoes between Russia and Belarus. To date KAPITAN prides itself on a fleet of one hundred and sixty EURO-5 compliant trucks, moving cargoes to and from Europe, Russia and Central Asia.
