IRU Diplomas of Honour are Awarded at Kapitan

IRU Diplomas of Honour are the annual award of the International Road Transport Union (Geneva, Switzerland) that can be won by any driver involved in cargo and passenger transport. Eligible candidates must meet certain requirements that attest to their professionalism:

- permanent and unbroken record of service of at least 20 years;

- length of service at a company of at least 5 years;

- mileage of at least 1 million kilometers in internal / international transportation with no violations and sanctions imposed by the employer.

In November 2017, the IRU General Assembly decided to award 1,142 drivers from 35 countries, including 83 best Belarusian drivers working on international routes, for their conscientious work and high safety indicators.

The solemn IRU Diplomas of Honour award ceremony at the Kapitan office was organized as part of the general assembly of the staff attended by Deputy General Director of the Association of International Road Carriers (BAMAP) N.A. Vysotskaya.

Our three drivers who were awarded Diplomas of Honour — Yury Petrovich Alexeychik, Yury Borisovich Gomak and Alexander Mikhailovich Maltsev — heard lots of warm words of gratitude for their honest work, integrity, and commitment.

Your work is a perfect example of your commitment to your cause, when everyday’s discipline leads to excellence! The management of the company and the entire Kapitan team are sincerely grateful to you!
